Vendor Space Available

Sell your dance related merchandise and make your business visible to the dance enthusiast.  We offer a $600/package rate for the vendor space, including a full-page program ad and two all-weekend general admission passes.

Available for reservation are 3, 8' tables at the USA Dance 2010 National DanceSport Championships at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, CA.  The tables are to be placed in a ‘U’ shape (i.e., you have about a 12' x 12' space to play with.)  

Tablecloths will be furnished.  If you wish to drape your table, please feel free to do so.  Set up time will be from 2pm to 11pm on Thursday April 9, 2010.  Your table and exhibit must be cleared within one hour following the end of the competition (around midnight) on April 12, 2010. 

The cost for the 3 days is $600.00, payable to USA Dance.  If you will need extension cords, you may bring them.  The hotel will charge $10.00 for each cord they provide.  The fee includes tables, security, entry into the ballroom and great dancing.

You will receive a full-page black & white ad in the program complimentary with your booth.  Ads must be camera ready and will be used exactly as received.  Deadline for copy is March 7, 2010.  Program size will be 8 ½” x 11”.  You may upgrade your ad to a full-page color ad with by paying an additional $50.00)

Please download the vendor contract, and forward a signed copy together with your check to the vendor contact address above.  Checks should be made payable to USA Dance.
