TREASURE TIER: NATIONAL QUALIFYING EVENT CIRCUIT

This year we will once again be thanking our members who attend multiple NQEs.  This is not a merit based program, it’s truly a "thank you for supporting our events" to those couples who go our NQEs.

For the 2010-2011 cycle, there were 21 couples who competed in at least 4 NQEs and achieved the Ruby Tier, 4 couples who competed in at least 5 NQEs and achieved the Emerald Tier and 1 couple who competed in almost every NQE that USA Dance ran. Please thank all of these couples who traveled around the country to support our events.

We are still tabulating the 2011-2012 Treasure Tier winners but so far we have 1 Ruby winner and these couples who are close, only 1 NQE away:

Ruby Tier

Peter Greenslade & Sue Eldred have attended 4 Nationals Qualifying Events (NQEs), have attained the Ruby Level and will receive:
-- lapel pins with a red ruby (faux) stone
-- one free entry at nationals (the entry is for the couple and both members of the couples must have attended at least 4 NQEs)
-- one free program/couple
-- the couples’ names listed in the National program
-- the couples’ names listed in the AD following Nationals

Emerald Tier

These couples have attended 5-6 NQEs, and have attained the Emerald Level and will receive:
-- lapel pins with a green emerald (faux) stone
-- two free entries at nationals (the entry is for the couple and both members of the couples must have attended at least 5 NQEs)
-- one free program/couple
-- VIP seating for one evening session of their choice at Nationals
-- the couples’ names listed in the National program
-- the couples’ names listed in the AD following Nationals

Diamond Tier

These couples have attended at least 7 NQEs, and have attained the Diamond Tier and will receive:
-- lapel pins with a white diamond (faux) stone
-- three free entries at nationals (the entry is for the couple and both members of the couples must have attended at least 7 NQEs)
-- one free program/couple
-- VIP seating for the entire weekend
-- the couples’ names listed in the National program
-- the couples’ names listed in the AD following Nationals


At the 2012 Nationals, we will most likely be presenting the Treasure Tier couples and their awards during the Friday and Saturday evening sessions.
