Event Vendors:

The cost of vending at the 2012 Nationals will be $650.00 for the entire weekend.  This fee includes 3, 8x4 tables in an 8’x10’ area.  If you’d like either additional tables or space this can be provided for an additional fee.  Please contact the vendor coordinator for additional information.  The fee also include security for Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights.

For the ultimate dance enthusiast, You can sponsor scholarship events and trophies. It is through the generosity of our sponsors that we are able to bring to everyone, the best possible event.

Program Advertisement:

You are invited to advertise in the USA Dance 2012 National DanceSport Championship Program. These championships will be held on March 30th - April 1, 2012 at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel at the Baltimore Harbor. They are open to amateur dancers of all ages and levels of dancing who have participated in one of 12 National Qualifying Events held in the past year.

Advertising or congratulatory space may be purchased for our program at very reasonable rates.

* Ads are preferably submitted as Adobe PDF or EPS Files with Embedded/Outlined fonts, TIFF (.TIF) files as well
* Digital submissions my be Zipped or compressed with Stuffit Deluxe
* Ads must be camera ready artwork
* Ads must be received no later than March 7, 2012
* A Full Page is 7.5”x10” with 1/2 inch margin (no bleed), black & white
* Camera ready photo screen ruling should be 85 lpi or coarser
